I’m an environmental guardian, mindful Michelin starred chef, and chopped champion. I use my culinary experience and knowledge of regenerative farming to guide people back to an integral form of nourishment. Becoming part of a collective symbiosis, my approach to nutrition is much more than simply eating properly. The body is a complete ecosystem, not just an isolated event. My intention is to share this knowledge for us all to heal our bodies on a cellular level, and to revive Earth, or as I like to call her, pachamama.

Through a combination of pre-recorded prep sessions, live cooking classes, and bonus content, participants will develop a profound understanding of ingredients, techniques, and the art of conscious cooking.
